Unleashing Creativity is my end-of-college thesis and a true passion project—one that quickly grew into a labor of love. During my time in college, I discovered collage design and instantly connected with it. It became an essential part of my creative process, shaping not only how I approached projects but how I thought about design as a whole. As I reflect in my essay, collage allows me to bend traditional design rules, opening the door to more expressive, unexpected, and playful outcomes.

This book is the result of countless hours spent sourcing imagery, collecting fragments, and experimenting with how unrelated elements can come together to form something meaningful. Each spread developed its own identity, often guided by shared color palettes, aesthetics, or even moments and experiences from my life. The process was intuitive and exploratory—less about following structure and more about discovering connections.

Unleashing Creativity represents everything I’ve learned about graphic design, combined with the direction I want my work to take in the future. While I deeply respect the foundations of design, I’ve found that strict adherence to its rules can sometimes feel limiting. This project is my way of pushing against that—of reshaping those rules into something more fluid and personal. The book itself is one of a kind: a collaged sketchbook with pages intentionally left blank, allowing space for my story to continue evolving over time.
