About Me

Hi! I’m Bailee, a Graphic Designer, wood furniture designer, and mixed media artist who loves exploring the space where creativity breaks outside the lines. I graduated from Edinboro University with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and minors in Wood Furniture Design and Drawing/Painting. During my time there, I worked hard to gain real-world experience, completing two summer internships with the Franklin Chamber of Commerce and the Franklin Retail Association. Through those roles and other freelance projects, I designed publications, social media graphics, websites, motion graphics, branding systems, and even a public kiosk map. These experiences helped me learn how to approach design as both a creative practice and a problem-solving tool.

My design style is rooted in experimentation and the belief that great design doesn’t always come from staying inside the rules. My thesis explored collage design and how working with constraints can actually help designers break away from rigid systems and discover more expressive and meaningful solutions. I love layering imagery, texture, and color to create work that feels energetic, bold, and unexpected. While web design is one of my main specialties, I enjoy working across print, branding, motion, and mixed media because each medium offers new ways to push boundaries and tell visual stories.

As a person, I’m someone who is always curious and always making. I pride myself on being a hardworking problem solver who is willing to go the extra mile to bring ideas to life. My passion for both digital and hands-on creation eventually led me to work with Myers Custom Woodworks, where I combined graphic design with woodworking. Whether I’m designing a website, building furniture, or experimenting with collage and mixed media, I’m always looking for ways to challenge expectations, keep learning, and create work that feels authentic to me.
